After years as a college and graduate school student, I was attracted to strategy consulting as a field that would give me immediate exposure to a wide array of industries and provide a good development path for my career. CMRs rigorous research-based approach provides just that. I am constantly adding to my skill set through working on projects and the ongoing training program, and working with brilliant colleagues in a friendly, international environment has helped me grow fast. From a career perspective, I feel like a year at CMR is equivalent to three years at other companies.

Largest Fast Food Chain in China-Marketing Strategy:Worked on strategic growth plan conducting nationwide research into store design and layout, menu effectiveness, product selection, pricing, marketing effectiveness and emerging competition in order to develop a segmented marketing strategy focused on driving sales in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier markets
